ARIA HOUSE was completed over 2-year period of time and has received an Occupancy Permit (Act 16).

Built in “Gorna Banya” district. Its total area is 1339.39 m2.The building offers a park-like environment for all residents, with a dedicated courtyard area, 3 residential levels and one underground level. It includes 8 apartments, 13 underground garages, and 1 parking space. Each apartment also has additional storage space (basement). The ground-floor apartments feature richly landscaped private garden areas for individual use. ARIA HOUSE was completed over a two-year period and received its Occupancy Permit (Act 16) on 22.05.2023.

Business Center “Lyulin 6” has a total area of 4,300 sq m. The building includes 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground level, with its own parking, a ramp, an accessible restroom, and an elevator. The project was completed over two years (2006–2008). The business center has an area of 1,450 sq m. The underground level includes parking. Ovcha Kupel 2 Residential Complex
The company’s first project was Residential Building B34, with a gross built-up area of 7,200 m². It was completed over two years (2005–2007). The eight-storey building includes 62 apartments, 6 shops, a restaurant, 17 above-ground parking spaces, and 22 underground parking spaces.
