Technical Specifications of the Building

  • Structure: Monolithic reinforced-concrete frame (flat-slab, beamless) structure, designed for seismic resistance of IX degree on the Medvedev–Sponheuer–Karnik scale.
  • Façade: Ventilated curtain-wall façade with a finishing ceramic layer and aluminum composite material, with 10 cm stone-wool thermal insulation.
  • Windows/Frames: Aluminum joinery from a leading European manufacturer with triple glazing.
  • Walls: Brick masonry with ceramic blocks with vertical cavities (WIENERBERGER Poroterm).
  • Roof: Flat roof with vapor barrier, thermal insulation, reinforced cement screed sloped to the drains, and two layers of bitumen waterproofing, with the second layer finished with mineral granules.
